A completely subjective and personal collection of my favorite places for coffee, pasta, shopping, wine and cocktails. I tell you about a few of my favorite museums, churches and piazzas too.

Rome is chaotic. You have to pick something to anchor you. There are the 7 hills. Or famous fountains and Piazzas. Another way is by Rione. These are the way Rome’s neighborhoods are divided. There are 22 of them. In the 6th century BC Servius Tullius divided Rome into 4 districts. As the city grew so did the number and boundaries of these districts. What you see today is a system created in the mid-18th century by Pope Benedict XIV.

This guide is a mix of all of these things. There are hills and fountains and piazzas and rione. It covers 10 different areas and there are 10 maps.
